I typed in picoCTF{Notpetya} and it turned out to be incorrect. After a couple other tries, I checked out the hints. The first one seemed to be the most helpful:

After looking into multiple databases out there, I still did not end up anywhere. I then read this on a Crowdstrike post regarding NotPetya:

The flag ended up being picoCTF{Petya}.
