Chicken Wings

I have gotten these recipes from How to Make the Best Wings at Home | Basics with Babish and have modified it to work for my needs. This works for 2-3 pounds of chicken wings.




  1. Mix the Kosher Salt and Baking Powder in a container

  2. Rub the wings thoroughly with the mix and store in a fridge for 2-24 hours

  3. Place wings in 250 Degrees Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes

  4. Take out wings and crank the oven to 475 F.

  5. After preheating to 475 F is done, place wings in oven (30 minutes total)

    1. Flip the wings after 10 minutes (10)

    2. Wings should be ready between 10-20 minutes (20)

Buffalo Sauce



  1. Melt the Butter using slow heat

  2. While the Butter is melting, combine the following in a container: Frank's RedHot sauce, Cayenne powder, and Garlic powder

  3. After the Butter is melted, mix the Butter with the other ingredients

Barbecue Sauce



  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a pot/wok on a stove.

  2. Simmer the sauce until it gets thick, or as desired
